PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH RETURN MUST HAVE A RMA NUMBER PRIOR TO RETURNING THE PACKAGE. PACKAGES RETURNED WITHOUT THIS NUMBER CANNOT BE ACCEPTED.
Returnable Sizes: Half Price Drapes offers a 30 days money back guarantee for all "Returnable" sizes. 30 days applies from the date of the actual purchase and not receipt of the order. Please note any size that says "Custom" cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged in any way or not correctly made to custom order specification. Shipping will not be refunded and the customer pays return shipping unless there is a material defect.
Custom Curtains & Drapery: At Half Price Drapes our products are 100% guaranteed against defects in quality or craftsmanship. In the event of a defect in your custom drapery, Half Price Drapes will, at our discretion, refund, repair or re-make the item. As a standard policy, any custom order is not refundable.
The following categories are considered to be custom:
Clearance Items(Buy 1 Get 1 Free): Please note all items marked as clearance cannot be returned for a refund. If there is any material defect, Half Price Drapes may at our discretion, refund, repair or re-make the item. As a standard policy no clearance item is refundable.
Color Variations: Please note the color of the drapes can vary from monitor to monitor, and actual fabric may be of different shades as Silk is a natural fabric and each dye lot differs. We do provide fabric swatches for most of our custom & stock curtains, hence if possible please do purchase the swatches. Please ensure you order the correct color and again, please note that in most cases the actual curtain color shade may be different than the swatch color within the industry acceptable standards.
Drapery Hardware & Home Accessories: Please note drapery hardware & home accessories can be returned for a refund within 30 days of the receipt of the order. All items must be retuned in their original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all drapery hardware & home accessories.
Returns Process: You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. You must call 1-866-413-7273 to obtain an RMA #. No returns will be accepted WITHOUT this number. To make a return by mail, send your package along with the original invoice and "Return Authorization Form" that you received with your merchandise. Indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Be sure to keep a copy for your records.
Refund Time Frame: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

We will process your return and follow your instructions. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you. If you do not have your original invoice, please send a letter with your merchandise that includes the following information:
Name, Address, Phone Number, Order Number, and Item Description. Name the Reason for Return Action to be taken upon return.
